Instagram PG-13?

(Beware: This has a photo that might make you uncomfortable)

So I was looking at the AOL.com website for the daily news. For some reason it's my favorite place to read the news. So as I was reading the news articles that popped out, I saw one that caught my attention. It said, " Why Instagram Censored My Body". In my mind I was like maybe she posted a picture of her boobs or something. I clicked the link and I was surprised.

It wasn't nudity rather just a picture of a clothed body part but it wasn't presented as it would most commonly be seen. I was a bit disturbed as to why someone would even post this online but as I read the article, I began to realize that there was a cause behind it.

The article is actually beautifully written. She made some really good points that kind made me want to support her for posting this on Instagram. She talked about how she was tired of having to worry about what she posted because she knew that society would disapprove. She also wrote how women are being talked about badly and being mistreated in today's world so much that it's became something that is seen as normal. It really is an eye opener and also something that will pissed you off because you realize the horrible treatment that women are still getting.
